Colin WrightColin Wright is the Director of Colin Wright Associates Ltd.  Since becoming an independent consultant in 1995, Colin has worked on a wide range of workforce development projects in public, private and third sector organisations.  In particular, he is a specialist in the development of employment-related guidance, policy, strategy documents and competency frameworks.  Working with Sector Skills Councils, he has developed sector qualification strategies and many suites of national occupational standards (NOS) notably in the health, justice and government sectors.  This requires systematic research, effective consultation with employers, the drafting of clear and concise reports, and the development of easy to use tools, documents and guidance.

Currently, Colin is working towards an MBA as a part-time student of the University of Kent Business School.  He is also a director and trustee of Porchlight, one of the leading charities supporting homeless and vulnerable people in Kent.
